- You don't mention which OS you're using. AFAIK, lex and yacc are still included
- free of charge on most UNIX platforms, or at least included with a C or C++ development
- kit.

- If they aren't, GNU's flex and bison are available at many FTP sites
- (ie. ftp://ftp.uu.net/packages/gnu) free of charge. Just abide by the copyleft.
